Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for next-generation AI and neural networks.
- Lead architectural decisions for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to optimize algorithmic efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system security audits to ensure data integrity.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable development roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application in classical cloud environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
