Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing solutions
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop proprietary quantum machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations and decoherence mitigation
- Translate complex quantum principles into actionable technical specifications for engineering teams
- Contribute to quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum system development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, etc.)
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
