What You Will Do:
You will work closely with product managers and designers to turn complex requirements into elegant, scalable code. You will own the full lifecycle of features, from database design to final deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable front-end and back-end web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Implement robust security practices and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development, with a focus on JavaScript.
- Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
