Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React and Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
