Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications from the ground up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to improve system stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and database management (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
