What You Will Do
We need someone who can hit the ground running. Your responsibilities will include:
- Architect and implement robust, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, high-performance code.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to technical best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance during sprint planning and stand-ups.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline improvements and deployment strategies.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must bring a proven track record of excellence:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and version control (Git).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
