Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Code Review: Lead peer code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimization: Continuously refactor and optimize existing codebases to improve application speed and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with UX/UI designers and backend teams to define technical requirements.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain high system reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, Redux, or Vue.js.
- Backend: Strong understanding of Node.js or Python.
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in an agile environment.
