What You'll Do:
As a key member of our engineering squad, you will bridge the gap between design and implementation, driving the technical roadmap for our core products. We value autonomy, creativity, and a relentless focus on user experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features from conception to deployment.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical vision and help define best practices for the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
