Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- System Design: Design and implement complex backend services and database architectures.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to standards.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize application speed and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Denver Relocation: Must be willing to work from our Denver, CO office (Hybrid 3 days/week).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug code.
