Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 domains
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps with measurable innovation KPIs
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market disruption assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and manage an external network of technology pioneers and academic researchers
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology strategy implementations
