Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Strategy: Architect and implement the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Full Stack Development: Design and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python) and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement performance improvements to enhance user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-impact features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and CSS libraries (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java.
- Database: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and think critically about system architecture.
