Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and SOLID principles.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions to elevate team standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Identify technical debt and architect solutions for scalability and long-term growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with React.js or Angular for front-end development.
- Experience with Node.js, Express, or similar back-end technologies.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
