Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the stack and optimize database queries, API performance, and frontend rendering.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications and seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React or Vue.js, with a deep understanding of state management and responsive design.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Go, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
