Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.
- Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and technical architecture discussions with the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
