Job Overview:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will work closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences. This is a critical role within our Milwaukee office.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other engineers to define product requirements and features.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure high-speed load times and user satisfaction.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain code reliability and stability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React or Angular with strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Backend: Solid experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
