Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive project delivery.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing codebases, identifying and resolving technical debt.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and database design principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems, specifically Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
