Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or similar).
- Lead the architecture and implementation of new features, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful API design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
