Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.) from the ground up.
- Code Optimization: Review, refactor, and optimize legacy codebases to improve performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- API Development: Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless data communication between services.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Testing & QA: Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure product stability and high-quality user experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Full Stack technologies.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Backend: Solid experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
