Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for client deliverables.
- Implement security measures and data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate innovative tools into our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and API design (REST/GraphQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid setting.
