Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- API Development: Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end functionality.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve technical defects with immediate attention.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Core Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with React.js or Vue.js and Node.js/Express.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
