Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior staff to implement software updates and security patches.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees regarding office technology and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
