Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- System Optimization: Analyze and optimize backend systems to ensure maximum uptime and speed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical reality.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting code reviews for the team.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in React (Frontend) and Node.js or Python (Backend).
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
