Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability web architectures using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and mentorship for junior developers.
- Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility.
- Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning and stand-ups.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide immediate technical support.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
