Role Overview:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the technical direction of our core platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UX, Product, Backend) to define feature requirements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, standups, retrospectives) to drive project velocity.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
