Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Product, Backend) to define features and technical specifications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in production and staging environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
