Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure full-stack web applications using modern frameworks.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure technical standards.
- Immediate Impact: Take ownership of existing codebases and lead critical feature deployments immediately upon onboarding.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Full Stack.
- Frontend: Expert proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SCSS).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API design.
- Database: Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in real-time.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
