Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern technologies such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and user experiences.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to strict coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues to ensure high system stability and performance.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in server-side languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
