Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications from the front end to the back end.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with the CTO to design scalable software architecture and data models.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews for junior team members.
- Database Management: Optimize database queries and design schemas to ensure data integrity and fast retrieval speeds.
- API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services seamlessly.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with minimal downtime.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to drive project timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Frontend Mastery: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, or Angular.
- Backend Proficiency: Expertise in Node.js, Python, or Java with experience in building RESTful APIs.
- Database Skills: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
