Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive front-end user interfaces using React.js and modern CSS frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and seamless user experiences on all devices.
- API Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints efficiently.
- Code Reviews: Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and guide the team in adopting new technologies and best coding standards.
- Agile Workflow: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, specifically with React.js and JavaScript.
- Language: Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Styling: Strong experience with CSS-in-JS (e.g., styled-components) or CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
