Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices and security.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring responsive design and fast load times across all devices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical troubleshooting in real-time.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
