The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our SaaS products, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and user experience. You will work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams to deliver features that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to maintain code quality standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or Django).
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
