Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to define technical requirements and product vision.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments, optimizing for latency and computational efficiency.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging AI technologies and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI systems.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams.
- Strong proficiency in Python and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
