Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or similar).
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting regular code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, including load times and database queries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure product stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Tools: Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
