Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern web standards.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure a seamless, cohesive product experience.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; actively participate in code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions across all devices.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality and stability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js is mandatory.
- Styling: Deep understanding of CSS, SCSS, and frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Material UI.
- Architecture: Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and RESTful API integrations.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and propose scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
