Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize database performance and ensure system security compliance (FedRAMP/GDPR).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve efficiency.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot production incidents with a focus on zero downtime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
