Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of high-performance, scalable web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers to maintain high coding standards.
- Implement robust testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E) to ensure software reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
- Demonstrated ability to debug complex issues and optimize web rendering performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
