Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, interactive user interfaces.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring top-tier SEO performance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, state management libraries (Redux, MobX), and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
