- Drive Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead R&D projects focused on quantum computing readiness and edge processing optimization.
- Sustainability & Efficiency: Implement green technology strategies to ensure our 2026 infrastructure targets zero-carbon emissions.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical visions to the C-Suite and board members to secure funding and buy-in for 2026 initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation and future-proof thinking.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in tech leadership, with a specific focus on future-forward technologies and 5-year strategic planning.
- AI Expertise: Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Architectural Skills: Proven experience designing scalable, distributed systems using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
