Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern architectural patterns.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and senior engineers to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Participate in a structured 12-month rotational program across different engineering pods (Frontend, Backend, DevOps).
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Engage in continuous learning through our dedicated engineering mentorship and professional development tracks.
- Contribute to code reviews and actively participate in agile development ceremonies.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure optimal system reliability.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
