Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define AI product requirements.
- Optimize algorithms and models for performance, latency, and resource efficiency on distributed systems.
- Conduct rigorous research on state-of-the-art techniques to improve model accuracy and robustness.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks and architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
