Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve release velocity.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive scaling strategies.
- Ensure security best practices are followed across all environments and implement IAM policies.
- Collaborate closely with software developers to refine infrastructure-as-code strategies using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Drive adoption of containerization technologies, specifically Kubernetes and Docker.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting (Bash, Python, or Go).
- Deep knowledge of container orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Proven experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
