Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping for iOS/Android applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement pixel-perfect UI components in Figma
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with mobile-first applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design process and measurable impact
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
