Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes
- Automate CI/CD pipelines and optimize deployment processes for 99.99% uptime
- Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives and infrastructure-as-code implementations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues with SLA-driven urgency
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices and cloud security protocols
- Drive infrastructure resilience initiatives including disaster recovery planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Proven track record of managing production cloud environments
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) methodologies
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Relevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator)
