Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters for high availability and performance
- Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployments
- Lead security and compliance initiatives for cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience
- Expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure with certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Kubernetes administration and optimization experience
- CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with financial services or fintech environments preferred
