Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Spinnaker
- Lead containerization initiatives using Kubernetes and Docker
- Automate monitoring and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to define infrastructure requirements
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps
- Expertise in AWS/GCP with professional certifications
- Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Bash
- Proven track record with Kubernetes orchestration
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Deep understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
