Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for 99.99% uptime and auto-scaling
- Lead security compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
- Automate infrastructure monitoring and incident response
- Collaborate with product teams for seamless deployments
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Strong background in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in fintech or high-growth environments
