Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models to analyze complex datasets related to ticketing, venue capacity, and fan behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate real-time data streams into live operational dashboards.
- Develop predictive algorithms to forecast crowd flow and optimize resource allocation across 16 host cities.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for executive leadership and operational stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and strict compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Lead mentorship and code reviews for junior data scientists within the team.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and time-series forecasting.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
