Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy robust machine learning models and predictive algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to identify trends and patterns within massive datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Design and optimize data pipelines for high-velocity data ingestion and processing.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical vision of the data science department.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and Deep Learning to continuously improve our technology stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong foundation in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
