Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Present complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Design and maintain data pipelines to support real-time reporting needs.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures, optimization).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
