Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and events using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, or similar).
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Lead incident response efforts for security breaches and cyber threats.
- Ensure compliance with NIST, HIPAA, and FedRAMP regulations.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement secure network architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Active CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
- Deep knowledge of network security protocols and encryption standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
